The Lamson Alaskan Ulu Knife can be a great help with a variety of tasks. In the kitchen, it can grant independence and participation to those with limited functionality in their hands. It can help with almost any task in the kitchen, including slicing, dicing, chopping, and mincing a variety of meats, fish, vegetables, and herbs.
Features hardened and tempered high-carbon 420HC stainless steel blade, walnut handles that are hard and durable (natural color may vary), and half-tang construction secured with brass rivets
Hand wash only and when the Walnut handle appears dry, treat with mineral oil to enjoy your ulu for years to come
