IMPORTANT NOTES

1. The package comes with two probes, but only one probe can be used at a time, the other probe is a spare replacement.

2. Do not expose plug of probe or plug-in hole to any liquid, which will result in a bad connection and faulty readings.

3. Make sure to rinse and dry the probe thoroughly before storing.

4. Wipe with damp cloth.

5. If the temperature exceeds or falls below the measurable ranges, the LCD screen will display the following letters: HHH for temperatures above range.

Do not touch hot probe or wire with bare hands during or just after cooking.

You can cook in a wide temperature range from -4˚F to 482˚F (-20˚C to 250˚C) with high accuracy when using ST59.
